“Art should disturb the comfortable & comfort the disturbed.” - Cesar A. Cruz

I am a queer, mixed Mexican-American, Brooklyn-based theatre artist with a BFA in Musical Theatre from Lindenwood University. When I’m not working on a show I’m probably typewriting, sequencing my next yoga class, listening to Björk or Chaka Khan, reveling in an art museum, or biking around to teach the preschoolers how to self-regulate. My artistic philosophy is that art should comfort the disturbed and disturb the comfortable. Let’s collaborate and make some weird art! See me talk about one of my latest projects, HAIR: The Tribal Love Rock Musical, below!

You can check out some elements from my newest mixed media installation “THE PLACATION VACATION” below, find my theatre materials at the top of the screen, or check out my latest yoga flow on my yoga tab:))
